Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your toys. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Some items, such as our barn sets, are not eligible for return, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions. To start a return or exchange, call us at 260-578-0725 or email dgtm@localnet.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. If your toy arrives damaged, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.

We do our best to keep product details, pricing and availability accurate, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order if an item is unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price, in which case you will receive a full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and shipping is free on every order within the United States. Our toys are intended for play under adult supervision; please follow any age recommendations on the product page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
