Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order! Each toy is handmade by Teresa and Darren here in Silver Lake, Indiana, and carefully packed so it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Processing time varies by toy. See each item's page for details.

Christmas orders: order by December 15 for delivery before Christmas.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery; some items, such as our barn sets, are not eligible for return. Cancellations are accepted.

Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
